6. How long will we retain your data?

- In the case of Users registered on the Website or requests submitted through the “Sell your firearm” form, for the entire duration of the contractual relationship arising from their status as registered User and until such relationship ends in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions applicable from time to time.
- In the case of the online store, for the entire duration of the contractual relationship arising from the User’s purchase of products until its completion.
Once the above periods have expired, Users’ personal data may be blocked and retained by GUNLOUPE to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing and only for the applicable limitation period of such liabilities. Once these periods have expired, the personal data shall be erased by GUNLOUPE.
